Welcome and care for human beings, being sensitive to their needs **Job Description:** ---------------------- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Greet internal and external customers; 2\. Control the entry and exit flow of people; 3\. Manage visitor access during the hours established by the hospital; 4\. Provide customers with information and guidance regarding department locations; 5\. Receive correspondence, classify it, and forward it to the respective department with proper registration; 6\. Prepare daily reports; 7\. Handle telephone inquiries and provide necessary information; 8\. Report any abnormalities identified to the immediate supervisor; 9\. Monitor the exit of materials, equipment, etc.; 10\. Control vehicle access; 11\. During pandemic periods, perform temperature screening of customers in clinic areas; 12\. Remove wristbands from patients who have completed their appointments. 13\. Perform other related or inherent duties as described in the respective Occupational Health Profile and/or as assigned by the immediate supervisor. INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\.
