Perform weighing, shaping, and fermentation of doughs. Monitor oven time and temperature. Bake products according to company standards. Monitor product quality, texture, and appearance. Organize production according to daily demand. Manage inventory of ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, etc.). Maintain organization and sanitation of the department. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Assistant, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties of this position. Completed elementary education required.
