Supervise strategic financial management Vellon is seeking an **Executive General Director** to lead integrated operations, ensuring strategic alignment, cross-departmental efficiency, and sustainable growth in the dedicated links and retail markets. Key Responsibilities: * Integrate and align directorates with the company’s strategic planning. * Transform partners' directives into action plans, monitoring global KPIs and targets. * Structure and professionalize internal processes, strengthening governance and operational autonomy. * Supervise strategic financial management, monitoring investments, costs, and profitability. * Represent the company in strategic negotiations with suppliers, partners, and major accounts. Requirements: * Proven executive-level experience (C-Level or General Directorate), preferably in Telecommunications or IT Infrastructure sectors. * Completed undergraduate degree; MBA in Business Management, Finance, or related fields is desirable. * Comprehensive knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations (engineering, customer support, and regulation). * Strong analytical capability and proficiency in data-driven decision-making (BI).
