Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain production processes across one or more manufacturing lines, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards. Perform format changes, setups, and accounting entries, including production delivery. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment under their responsibility. Support and rotate with cell assistants as required. Perform palletizing, depalletizing, and boxing of containers. Identify pallets using expiry date and traceability labels. Record operational indicators (productivity, downtime, efficiency, process parameters, etc.). Ensure product quality at the source, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and best practices. Ensure equipment reliability in accordance with asset management guidelines. Complete required training programs, trainings, and certifications for the role. Support technical development of cell assistants. Strictly comply with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct inspections, cleaning, and organization of the work area. Prepare and operate washer machines, warmers, and other line equipment. Supply the production line with packaging materials (caps, boxes, films, labels, adhesives, trays, tags, etc.). Select and adjust the traceability system. Collect and properly dispose of waste generated during production. Perform sanitation and cleaning of equipment and the work area. Execute procedures for shipping and finalization of syrup, prepared solutions, and beverages for filling. Comply with all internal policies and standards of Coca\-Cola FEMSA, ensuring risk mitigation and operational excellence. **Quality Technician – Coca\-Cola FEMSA \| Job Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------------------- At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, the Quality Technician ensures that products and production processes meet quality standards, food safety requirements, and internal and legal company standards by performing laboratory analyses, process inspections, and monitoring of production lines. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Collect samples of raw materials, water, syrups, packaging, and finished products for analysis. * Conduct physicochemical analyses (Brix, pH, acidity, CO₂, chemical concentration, etc.). * Perform microbiological analyses or forward samples to specialized laboratories. * Monitor cleaning and sanitation of production lines (CIP – Clean in Place). * Control and monitor washing, rinsing, filling, and beverage preparation processes. * Conduct tests on inspection equipment (e.g., bottle inspection and fill-level verification). * Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and food safety programs. * Block and segregate non-conforming products. * Perform root cause analysis and support resolution of non-conformities. * Record analysis results and track quality indicators. * Participate in audits and continuous improvement programs (5S, Kaizen, MASP). * Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards. ➡ For FEMSA positions, responsibilities may also include water treatment, syrup preparation, and industrial process control related to beverage production.
