Job Summary:
User technical support, diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues, SLA monitoring, and incident logging.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide user support through remote and/or on-site assistance.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with established SLAs.
* Log incidents, activities performed, and execution time in the ticketing system.
* Interact with internal teams for technical support, issue handling, or incident escalation.
### **What We Are Looking For?**
* Completed high school education and at least 50% completion of a higher education degree in IT or a professional technical course in Information Technology.
* Certification or participation in a microcomputer assembly and configuration course with a minimum duration of 20 hours.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Windows operating systems, and networking.
* Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, with focus on deadlines and service quality.
### **Desirable Certifications**
* ITIL Foundation V3 or higher.
* Microsoft MD\-100 and MD\-101\.
* HDI SCA or HDI CSR.
