Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to perform hardware and software maintenance, local network administration, and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Local network administration and information security Description: If you: * Have completed high school; * Hold a technical course in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Are proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level); * Have basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance. Additional qualifications considered advantageous: * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Provide in-person and remote technical support to users, resolving inquiries, incidents, and issues related to hardware, software, corporate systems, and systemic demands from Group brands. * Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and corporate applications; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and technological devices. * Assist in administering store local networks, monitoring connectivity, and configuring routers and network equipment. * Carry out information security activities, such as periodic backups, antivirus installation, and protection against cyber threats. * Deliver basic user training on proper usage of software, systems, and IT procedures, as well as updating corporate systems and creating instructional manuals for issue resolution and clarifications. * Assemble and configure equipment—including computers, printers, and peripherals—to ensure operational readiness. * Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to identify improvements, optimize processes, and support technology initiatives. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and governments, ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. * Keep your immediate management informed about the progress of assigned tasks, proactively seeking solutions to encountered problems to enable effective activity oversight by management. * Safeguard the Group’s image by avoiding inappropriate behavior in public while wearing Group uniforms or using Group vehicles, thereby protecting the Group’s reputation and assets. * Preserve equipment and tools provided for your role, committing to correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), demonstrating care for Group assets to ensure resource sustainability. 2512220202491932554
