With over one thousand employees at Quadra Engenharia, we invite you to join our team! **Responsibilities** * Support the design, mapping, and improvement of processes related to the customer journey, focusing on the Commercial, Relationship, and After-Sales stages; * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and interfaces between departments involved in the customer journey; * Monitor and analyze customer experience metrics, such as SLA, satisfaction, recurrence of requests, response time, NPS, and CSAT; * Support the organization, updating, and improvement of CRM usage and other customer relationship systems; * Consolidate reports, data, and managerial analyses to support department leadership; * Monitor critical touchpoints in the customer journey and support the development of action plans for continuous improvement; * Contribute to the standardization of processes, workflows, records, and operational routines within the department; * Collaborate closely with departments including Commercial, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Legal, and other interfacing areas; * Support tracking of the customer portfolio and related requests, contributing to greater organization, predictability, and quality in delivered experiences; * Participate in alignment, monitoring, and process improvement meetings within the department; * Assist the immediate manager with tasks related to structuring and evolving the Customer Experience department. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Process Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in Customer Experience, Relationship Management, Structured Customer Service, After-Sales, Processes, or related areas; * Knowledge of customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and SLA; * Strong analytical ability and ease in reading and interpreting data; * Experience with CRM or customer relationship management systems; * Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI; * Organizational skills, discipline, and strong ability to monitor routines and processes; * Excellent communication, professional demeanor, and ease interacting across various departments. **Additional Information** * Preferred: experience in civil construction, real estate development, or operations involving high-expectation customers; experience with corporate clients, more complex contracts, or B2B contexts; knowledge of process mapping and improvement; * Desired profile: analytical, organized, proactive professional with maturity to interact with diverse customer profiles and ability to contribute to evolving the customer journey; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, during business hours; * Location: Quadra Engenharia office, located at Av.
