Collaborate in standardizing content according to the portal’s adopted standards. Partner with Support, Implementation, and Product departments, monitoring the entire process flow. Provide customer support during platform transitions, always under supervision. Utilize internal tools for migration, backup, and task management—such as spreadsheets and CRM. Previous internships in Software Development, Technical Support, Systems Analysis, or Computer Networks may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
