Job Mission: Provide technical and administrative support to the Integrated Management System (IMS) department in Quality (ISO 9001:2015) and Environment (ISO 14001:2015), to organize and control maintenance and improvement activities of the IMS and continuous improvement (Lean/WCM), in accordance with Alubar and regulatory requirements; support the preparation of IMS-related events under the direct coordination and supervision of the Management System Coordinator and guidance from analysts. Responsibilities: a) Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems; b) Support the implementation of operational excellence through continuous improvement tools (Lean/WCM) as required; c) Support the review of management manuals and procedures for the Integrated Management Systems, control of documented information of the IMS, control of non-conforming products and customer complaint records, internal and external audits, critical analysis of the IMS, and other administrative and technical activities that may contribute to and interact with the IMS; d) Support the updating of the overall internal audit plan for the IMS, with approval from the immediate supervisor and/or analysts; e) Monitor and track the execution of internal and external audits, keeping the immediate supervisor informed of the results; f) Provide pre-, concurrent, and post-training support for interpretation of standards NBR ISO 9001, NBR ISO 14001, ALUBAR IMS, and other tools for employees and contractors, as required; g) Propose necessary improvements for maintaining the Integrated Management System, with approval from the immediate supervisor and/or analysts; h) Monitor deadlines for implementing corrective actions related to customer complaints and process non-conformities, jointly with analysts; i) Ensure control of national and international standards through an electronic standards management system—Digital Standards Management via WEB or equivalent; j) Grant access to Work Instructions in the computerized system, electronic document management system, or equivalent. 2512310202491471750
