Operate aerial telephone line processes through telephone line installation and repair, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers through ADSL internet access installation and repair, subscriber line and trunk repairs, modem/router configuration, and restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro Repairs in Information Technology, aiming to diagnose, correct issues, or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Perform other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the role is desirable. * Knowledge of installation and repair techniques; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B. **Additional information** Benefits: Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Gym allowance; Meal or food voucher; Transportation voucher; Life insurance; Discounts at partner pharmacies and stores.
