Design of electrical panel projects and 3D modeling **Job Opening: Hands-on Automation Programmer and Electrical Designer** **JOB OBJECTIVE** To develop automation projects and implement automation systems. We seek a technically proficient, hands-on professional who enjoys moving between the office (design) and the factory floor (implementation), taking responsibility from modeling and programming through to field validation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * **Advanced Automation:** Develop, program, and configure PLC and HMI systems, performing all tests and validations. * **Designs and Schematics:** Create, interpret, and review electrical schematics (single-line, multi-line, and functional diagrams). * **3D Modeling:** Design and model electrical panels in SolidWorks, defining layout, sizing, and space optimization. * **Integrated Systems:** Integrate electrical and hydraulic systems, ensuring operational compatibility and safety. * **Technical Compliance:** Apply standards (NR-10, NR-12, and ABNT), ensuring projects meet legal requirements. * **Maintenance and Diagnostics:** Analyze failures in automated systems and propose corrective/preventive actions. * **Field Support:** Supervise assembly and installation, serving as the technical lead responsible for commissioning systems. * **Documentation:** Prepare technical reports and manuals to ensure information traceability. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related fields. * **Essential Competencies:** PLC/HMI programming, reading electrical schematics, and knowledge of technical standards (NR-10/NR-12). * **Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued):** Practical experience assembling electrical panels, SolidWorks modeling, and knowledge of hydraulic systems. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** * We seek a technically skilled professional focused on execution and solving practical problems. * A hands-on profile is essential. * Proactivity, ethics, commitment to deadlines, and focus on life safety.
