Join us to develop, learn, and grow! **DETAILS:** * Position: Planning Technician II * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM — Hybrid (Availability for two-week on-site assignments per month) * Employment Type: CLT * Work Location: Taboca Mining — Presidente Figueiredo — Amazonas **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical education in Building Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or related fields; * Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in industrial project planning, preferably within the mining sector. * Proficiency in: o MS Project (mandatory); o Full Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory); o English (desirable); o Power BI (desirable); o AutoCAD (desirable); * Solid knowledge of: o EAP / WBS; o Critical Path; o S-Curve; o Physical Progress Monitoring; o Schedule Change Management; * Ability to read and interpret contracts, schedules, and technical documentation. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, review, and maintain detailed and execution-level project and implementation schedules; * Define, control, and maintain the baseline schedule, ensuring traceability and formalization of changes; * Monitor physical progress, analyze schedule deviations, and prepare critical schedule analyses; * Support the development of recovery plans and rescheduling efforts when formally approved; * Directly interface with contractors to align planning and control activities; * Consolidate data for management reports, S-curves, and performance indicators; * Support contractual measurement control from a schedule perspective; * Ensure compliance with contractual schedules and PMO methodological standards; * Actively participate in monitoring meetings, integrated planning sessions, and schedule risk analyses.
