Area control management and data updating CLT BENEFITS: HEALTH INSURANCE DIRECT VA ONLY FROM THE SECOND MONTH DENTAL PLAN \- ELIGIBLE AFTER 90 DAYS Job Description: • Monitor employee attendance records • Receive, organize, and control time cards • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and track physical access authorization • Request and track virtual access creation • Receive and dispatch document mailbags • Sort and organize uniforms and PPE for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data surveys and mapping • Maintain updated area controls: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. • Support the area with other administrative needs • Fulfill Analyst requests regarding data surveys • Provide support to the operational team in handling incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules • Request password resets for Conbras team members (Client interface) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (Client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Food Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance
