




Responsible for supporting the operations team in developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and automation solutions aimed at operational efficiency and continuous improvement of service quality related to IoT products and solutions. Strategically engages in data analysis, opportunity identification, and evidence-based implementation of improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs) focused on IoT operations. * Automate data extraction, processing, and consolidation processes to reduce manual tasks and increase information accuracy. * Support the operations area in identifying bottlenecks, deviations, and optimization opportunities. * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality used in analyses. * Conduct predictive and diagnostic analyses to support operational and strategic decisions. * Collaborate with technology, engineering, and business teams to align requirements and deliver integrated analytical solutions. * Document and disseminate best practices in data analysis and process automation. * Serve as a technical reference for the team on topics related to analytics and operational intelligence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Analysis, or related fields is desirable. * A postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Big Data is desirable. Technical Knowledge: * Analytical and automation languages: SQL, Python, R, or similar. * Visualization and BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and API-based integrations. * Proficiency in advanced spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and handling large volumes of data. * Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and relational and non-relational databases. * Understanding of operations management and performance metrics applied to IoT products and services. * Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies is desirable.
