We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physicochemical analyses according to established frequency and standards for product quality—from raw materials to finished products; * Collect samples for microbiological analyses of wells, raw materials, production process stages, and finished products, following established frequency and standards, and forward them to the microbiology laboratory for analysis; * Perform physicochemical analyses related to water treatment for cooling towers, wastewater treatment plants (ETE), and boilers; * Responsibly implement necessary corrections during the manufacturing process, based on standards specified in respective technical specifications; * Support laboratory and quality assurance analysts with additional department-related tasks; * Ensure supply of industrial cleaning products by monitoring consumption and delivering them at the correct dilution to maximize efficiency, safety, and proper handling; * Carry out other activities within the scope of work, always aligned with Fruki Bebidas’ established norms and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Prior laboratory experience is desirable; * Knowledge of testing methodologies, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and laboratory safety; * Intermediate-level knowledge of Power BI and/or Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Availability to work from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 12:36 AM, and Fridays until 11:36 PM, with a 1-hour break, plus weekends (Saturday or Sunday) as required. **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Attendance Bonus; Transportation Voucher; Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto Dental Plan; Free Life Insurance; Scholarship Program; Education Assistance; Mobility Assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee Support Channel; Pharmacy Discount Program; Partnership agreements with selected universities.
