* Assist in the operational activities of the concrete plant, as directed by the foreman or supervisor; * Support the receipt, inspection, and organization of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, and inputs); * Assist in loading and unloading concrete mixer trucks; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the plant area, equipment, silos, conveyor belts, hoppers, and yard; * Support the preparation and supply of the concrete batching plant; * Assist in collecting concrete samples for technological control, when requested; * Support minor preventive maintenance tasks, always under supervision; * Comply with occupational safety, environmental, and internal procedure standards; * Correctly use PPE and ensure personal and team safety. Requirements * Incomplete or complete elementary education; * Prior experience in a concrete plant, industry, or civil construction is an advantage; * Availability for operational work in industrial and outdoor environments; * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. \- Base salary for Helper/Construction Laborer: R$ 2\.135,00 \+ \- Attendance bonus: R$ 150,00 \+ \- Lunch provided in the internal cafeteria. \- Overtime hours \- Production bonus if acting as direct helper to pump operators: R$ 0.30 per cubic meter pumped and R$ 15.00 per pumping operation. \- If acting solely as yard Helper/Construction Laborer, no production bonus applies.
