Their main responsibilities will be: **Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for the franchisee throughout the entire implementation phase, providing support, guidance, and ensuring a positive experience aligned with expectations. **Onboarding and Documentation:** Lead the franchisee’s onboarding process, assisting with collection, verification, and organization of all required legal and contractual documentation. **Commercial Location:** Advise the franchisee in identifying, analyzing feasibility, and validating the commercial location, ensuring it meets all pre-requisites and franchisor’s geomarketing standards. **Project and Construction Management:** Monitor architectural project development and execution of site adaptation works, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards. **Initial Purchases:** Guide and manage procurement of all supplies, equipment, furniture, and initial store inventory, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines. **Schedule and Deadlines:** Develop and manage a detailed timeline (from inception to grand opening) covering all implementation fronts, closely tracking progress and ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. **Internal Coordination:** Serve as liaison between the franchisee and other franchisor departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Training) to ensure full alignment and a smooth transition into operational phase. **Grand Opening Preparation:** Coordinate final pre-opening activities, including inspections, goods receipt, support in hiring initial staff, and grand opening planning. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
