Key responsibilities * **Monitor deliveries** and collections, ensuring on-time performance. * **Communicate with drivers** and carriers for operational alignment. * **Update systems** (TMS/spreadsheets) with transportation status. * **Plan routes** and support route optimization. * **Verify documents**, such as CT\-e, NF\-e, and manifests. * **Manage incidents**, including delays, damages, and returns. * **Track KPIs**, including on-time performance, cost, and productivity. * **Support freight procurement** and carrier contracting when required. Requirements * Completed high school education (a degree in Logistics or Business Administration is preferred). * Prior experience in logistics/transportation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency is a plus. * Strong communication skills and organizational ability. * Analytical and proactive mindset. Preferred qualifications * Familiarity with TMS. * Experience in route optimization. * Carrier or fleet management experience. Work location: On-site
