The Inventory Clerk directly contributes to operational efficiency, speed in order picking and delivery, and smooth logistics processes, positively impacting customer service and store performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and maintain inventory according to physical space standards and rules; * Receive, inspect, and store goods, ensuring product integrity and compliance; * Record invoices and enter products into the system; * Restock goods as required by the unit; * Verify product expiration dates, batch numbers, and conditions; * Support and participate in periodic inventory counts; * Receive orders in the system and perform operational processing; * Generate order batches and picklists in the system; * Pick, verify, and invoice orders; * Forward orders to shipping, ensuring quality and deadlines; * Support delivery planning; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Collaborate with other store departments to ensure smooth internal processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or operational areas (preferred); * Basic knowledge of inventory control systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines; * Availability to work in an operational routine. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)** * Experience in invoice verification and billing; * Experience in inventory counts and product expiry date control; * Knowledge of order management systems, picklist generation, and shipping; * Experience in retail or distribution centers. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Performance-based bonus; * Benefit card.
