Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and executing activities related to receiving, warehousing, material handling, and distribution, ensuring stock integrity and organization. Analyze material procurement needs and develop strategies for warehousing and product distribution. Plan appropriate product storage and merchandise placement to preserve integrity and safety, and facilitate identification, location, and handling. Control incoming and outgoing materials received and/or withdrawn from inventory; Perform cyclic/rotational inventories; monitor transactions involving receipts, shipments, adjustments, and transfers of goods; reconcile return and disposal flows to identify inventory discrepancies; Receive, handle, and store materials. Receive and verify incoming invoices for purchased materials; check quantities, descriptions, and general condition of materials and packaging; Handle shipping and receiving, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department. Monitor loading and unloading operations; interpret invoices and verify receipt against purchase orders; Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability conditions; Deliver materials to requesters and record material dispatches or withdrawals from inventory via system; Submit purchase requests for spare parts for inventory and urgent needs; process returns of materials from requisitions to the warehouse; Execute material transfers between locations under warehouse responsibility; support sales processes for Salvados, Truck Parts, and scrap metal; propose procedural improvements within the company.
