Renovatio is seeking an Operational Efficiency Specialist to strategically manage projects, enabling greater organization, standardization, and excellence in operational execution.
**About the Position**
We seek a professional who bridges strategy and execution on a daily basis, ensuring that processes, teams, and operational workflows function in an integrated, efficient, and high-quality manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, execute, and monitor team routing, ensuring efficiency, time savings, optimized travel, and adherence to the Program’s established schedule.
* Analyze logistical performance indicators, team productivity metrics, and patient consultation times, proposing adjustments and continuous improvement opportunities.
* Lead, supervise, and develop the team under your management, ensuring alignment of priorities, task distribution, and ongoing development.
* Design, update, and monitor dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational controls, ensuring reliable information for decision-making.
* Collaborate directly with coordinators and supervisors to align operations, convey guidance, and ensure smooth activity execution.
* Monitor field operational execution, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and proposing immediate or structural corrective actions.
* Work closely with the logistics team to manage vehicle fleet control, preventive maintenance, and reporting on equipment physical conditions.
* Develop and maintain updated internal processes, workflows, and protocols related to Program operations and logistics.
* Ensure all operational documentation, reports, records, and evidence are complete, standardized, and organized per guidelines.
**What We Seek:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Prior experience in logistics, operational efficiency, route planning, and indicator analysis.
* Experience in high-volume operational environments requiring rapid decision-making is desirable.
* Knowledge of routing and logistical planning.
* Analysis of operational KPIs. Power BI or similar tools (desirable).
* Process organization and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Basic fleet management knowledge (desirable).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
