Ensure transportation processes meet customer satisfaction requirements within quality, safety, environmental protection, and corporate compliance standards. **Job Duties:** Select, hire, evaluate, and manage contracts with suppliers based on freight rates versus service quality; Conduct freight quotations for different regions, considering product-specific factors—such as volume, dead weight, farm-to-warehouse freight, vehicle type, etc.—using the company’s authorized carrier portfolio that complies with corporate standards and applicable legislation; Plan and execute all logistics operations related to grain origination for warehouses and ports; Develop new suppliers and standardize internal and external operations; Maintain compiled quotations to ensure transparency in negotiations and facilitate audits; Optimize routes and freight costs by analyzing regional availability versus sales/purchase volumes; Monitor performance targets and KPIs; Support operational procedure training for team members, as well as training on quality, safety, and environmental procedures and standards for new hires; Assist the immediate supervisor in establishing departmental plans, goals, and strategies. **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Administrative knowledge in billing, accounting, and taxation; Basic understanding of road transportation procedures; Knowledge of cargo agency operations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP software.
