Focus on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of tooling through standardized machining, reducing defects and ensuring quality. Contribute to production efficiency and reinforce a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and results orientation. Interpret technical drawings and operational procedures (OPPs), defining the sequence of operations (milling, turning, grinding, and welding) and required fixtures. Prepare tools and materials, ensuring availability for task execution. Perform surface and die-criteria machining using milling machines, lathes, and grinders, and execute TIG welding for part repair. Assemble components and adjust clearances and alignments, ensuring compliance with specifications. Measure and record critical dimensions, validating against drawings and ensuring traceability of corrected items. Segregate non-conforming parts and report non-conformities (NCs) to responsible departments. Open and monitor machine service orders (SOs), checking lubrication, fluids, and tool sharpness. Request materials and consumables, maintaining necessary inventory control. Complete service reports with times, steps, and measurements in the system or spreadsheets, reporting deviations and suggesting improvements. Comply with regulatory standards (NR-06, NR-12, NR-34), use PPEs/collective protective equipment (CPEs), maintain machines and instruments, and report incidents or near-misses. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education.
