Founded in 2003, GERAR is a non-profit social organization whose mission is to promote social development through educational initiatives and job and income generation, enabling people to become protagonists of their own stories in a fairer society on a sustainable planet. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and prepare Production classes; * Deliver theoretical and practical classes; * Guide production-related activities and projects; * Evaluate student assignments and performance; * Monitor class progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering or Quality Engineering; Classroom teaching experience is a plus. **Additional Information** Meal allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR) of R$ 30.74 per working day (applicable when daily working hours exceed 6h10); Transportation voucher (VT) (no payroll deduction) or Pluxee/Elo credit card (R$12.00 per working day); Birthday day off; Wellhub/Gympass (charged to your credit card); Since 2003, GERAR has operated as an influential non-profit social organization, driving social transformation across Brazil.
