Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, planning projects, managing scheduled maintenance activities, and leading team development to promote continuous improvement. Lead and develop the team **Responsibilities:** * Supervise electrical, mechanical, and PCM maintenance teams, ensuring equipment safety, performance, and availability; * Plan and coordinate industrial projects and improvements, from feasibility analysis through implementation; * Manage scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring reliability of production processes; * Lead and develop the team with a focus on results, training, and organizational climate; * Promote continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in people management and maintenance management; * Experience in animal feed manufacturing plants is a plus; * Willingness to relocate and reside in Palotina\-PR.
