Manage the operational team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Control inbound and outbound cargo volumes, ensuring organization and accuracy. Track logistical deadlines and ensure SLA compliance. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Operations Leader, Transportation Manager, or Supply Chain Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
