Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate control panels, managing grinding, raw material flow, and volume throughout the entire process. * Continuously monitor motors, pumps, valves, and auxiliary equipment, making adjustments as needed to maintain operational stability. * Monitor raw material and related circuit temperature, pressure, and flow rates. * Perform instrument readings and record data (e.g., pressure, amperage, levels, temperatures), interpret deviations, and report anomalies to leadership. * Support assembly, disassembly, alignment, and cleaning activities of the grinder, per maintenance instructions. * Perform washing, sanitization, and cleaning of facilities, equipment, and operational areas to ensure appropriate operating conditions. * Assist with roller set changes, adjustments, opening calibrations, and related operations when requested. * Operate process safety systems, initiating shutdown, emergency, or isolation procedures as required. * Report operational issues and support the maintenance team during scheduled and corrective interventions. * Complete daily checklists and fill out operational controls per internal procedures. * Ensure compliance with SSMA standards, properly using PPE and reporting unsafe conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience operating grinders; * Basic computer skills; * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** ***Benefits*** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * On-site Company Restaurant; * Employee Association; * Housing Leases (available at select locations); * Incentive Program; * Meal Voucher.
