At this time, we are looking for an Aesthetic Biomedical Scientist to join our team. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Conduct detailed aesthetic assessments and propose treatment plans. * Perform injectable procedures and aesthetic technologies according to established protocols. * Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments. * Maintain accurate medical records and ensure safety and biosafety compliance. * Collaborate closely with the commercial and patient care teams. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of protocols and outcomes. * Participate in internal training and scientific updates. **We Offer:** * Fixed remuneration (as specified in the job posting). * Aggressive performance-based bonuses. * Dedicated support team so you can focus on patient care. * Established protocols and consistent investment in technology. * Internal Technical Training & Development (T&D) programs. * Structured Career Development Plan. * Collaborative environment with close leadership support and emphasis on professional development. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences with specialization in Aesthetic Biomedicine. * Active registration with the Regional Council of Biomedical Sciences (CRBM). * Relevant experience in aesthetic injectable procedures. * Experience working in face-to-face aesthetic or dermatological clinics. * Proficiency in biosafety, patient anamnesis, and management of complications. * Consultative profile, strong communication skills, and patient outcome orientation. Availability for in-person work during standard business hours. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hair treatments and/or trichology. * Prior experience in high-volume clinics with elevated average transaction value. * Comfort recording content and participating in marketing initiatives.
