Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: The mission of the nursing technician in venous therapy is to ensure safe, effective, and humanized administration of medications, solutions, and blood components via intravenous route, respecting principles of aseptic technique, complication prevention, and strict adherence to current protocols, professional ethics standards, and patient-centered care. * Conduct **sectoral rounds** in Adult Intensive Care Units and Inpatient Units; * Assess the **viability of peripheral venous devices;** * Evaluate surgical patients for criteria requiring **sectoral peripheral venous access puncture**, referring them to the surgical center; * Select the **most suitable vein** for the procedure; * Perform **antisepsis of the puncture site**, in accordance with Hospital Infection Control Service (SCIH) regulations; * Carry out **specimen collection**, including separation, identification, and preparation of biological samples; * Ensure all procedures are performed in compliance with **technical and safety standards;** * Provide **ongoing guidance to nursing technicians**, patients, and companions regarding venous device care and maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe in compassionate care and want to transform global healthcare, our assistive area offers a place of care and welcome.
