If you enjoy working with people, possess strong communication skills, and pay close attention to details, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities:** * Patient reception and intake; * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Appointment scheduling and confirmation; * Managing the clinic professionals' schedules; * Payment tracking and administrative information dissemination; * Maintaining the reception area; * Supporting general clinic administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service (preferably in clinics or similar settings); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and courteous service attitude; * Availability to work **once per week in Sarandi**. * **Working hours:** **11:00 AM to 8:00 PM** **Break:** 1 hour and 12 minutes (while the other secretary is present at the clinic) **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Fixed salary:** R$ 1617.87 * **Attendance bonus:** R$ 162.10 (awarded for perfect attendance—no absences, tardiness, or medical certificates) * **Transportation voucher:** provided according to address **Performance-based bonuses – Maringá Unit (paid together with salary):** * 12 paid evaluations per week: **+ R$ 50.00** * 16 paid evaluations per week: **+ R$ 100.00** * 22 paid evaluations per week: **+ R$ 200.00** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary range: R$1,600.00 – R$2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
