




Promote cleaning, hygiene, and preservation of hotel spaces, complying with internal standards, in order to ensure cleanliness, order, safety, and well-being of guests and other colleagues. **DAILY** RECEPTION * Clean reception bathroom; * Clean elevators in social and service areas; * Empty reception trash; * Sweep hotel entrance; * Clean entrance door and windows; * Clean reception floor; * Clean microwave and sink; * Clean alcohol dispensers and replace when necessary; * Clean tables and chairs; * Dust frames, fire extinguishers, and baseboards; * Clean administrative area; * Clean \-1, \-2 and \-3 (parking); * Clean laundry room and inner and outer corridors; * Clean housekeeping room; * Wash floor cloths and hang them; * Check soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer; * Report necessary maintenance; DINING AREA * Empty trash; * Clean tables, chairs, microwave, sink, refrigerator, water cooler, floor, windows, and rest area; * Clean in the morning and afternoon periods; * Clean bathrooms and remaining areas; EVENTS AND COFFEE AREA * Clean restrooms, clean event rooms, and keep them always clean; * Elevator doors; * Clean armchairs, alcohol dispensers, fire extinguishers; * Clean floor; **WEEKLY** * Wash hotel entrance, sidewalk, and glass; * Clean entrance mat (Reception) and wash when necessary; * Clean interior glass surfaces; * Wash reception floor; * Clean luggage storage; * Wash laundry room and staff entrance; * Wash basement floors: \-1, \-2 and \-3; * Wash dining room and staff areas; * Clean storeroom, maintenance room, and archive room. * Clean administrative area on weekends; **MONTHLY / OCCASIONAL** * Wash stairs
