We seek a night-shift receptionist who embraces challenges, is authentic and proactive, and possesses the autonomy required to manage departmental routines. Responsibilities: \- Provide in-person and telephone service to patients, companions, and visitors; \- Register and update patient data in the hospital information system; \- Guide patients and companions regarding hospital rules, schedules, and workflows; \- Monitor patient, visitor, and companion entry and exit during the night shift; \- Alert clinical teams in cases of urgency or emergency, per established protocols; \- Verify and organize documentation, referral forms, authorizations, and health insurance agreements; \- Record incidents and relay relevant information to the next shift team; \- Ensure confidentiality of patient information (LGPD); \- Maintain a welcoming attitude and humanized service, even under stress; \- Support basic administrative tasks at reception during the night shift; \- Comply with and enforce hospital safety protocols; \- Maintain organization of the reception area; \- Act autonomously and responsibly, making decisions consistent with the role.
