Thus, you’ll get hands-on experience reinventing how our products reach people. **Work Model:** \[On-site] **Location:** \[Arapongas, PR] Responsibilities: **✨Key Activities You’ll Lead:** Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to optimizing logistics processes in distribution centers.* Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to optimizing logistics processes in distribution centers. * Monitor loading and unloading processes, conducting audits on shipments (weight, quantity, invoices) and ensuring system-to-physical accuracy; * Create shipments in the system, perform scanning, verify batches, control returns, damages, and losses, and direct resolution actions; * Conduct quality inspections at all stages and audit incoming goods, ensuring volume compliance; * Perform vehicle and material handling equipment checklists, such as pallet jacks and forklifts; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, following 5S principles; * Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts to assist in cargo movement; * Report unsafe conditions and risky behaviors, and conduct safety dialogues with leadership; * Be responsible for onboarding new team members, acting as a training multiplier.
