If you understand the impact and responsibility of this role not only for Grupo Massa, but also for the daily lives of thousands of viewers and listeners, **you're the one we've been waiting for**! **Responsibilities and duties** The professional will be responsible for executing and improving treasury, accounts payable, credit, and collections financial routines, with a special focus on identifying and implementing improvements and automating processes to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure healthy cash flow. **Cash Flow Management and financial routines:** * Perform cash flow forecasting based on daily analysis, ensuring financial balance and operational support; * Develop and maintain cash flow forecast models, projecting future inflows and outflows to ensure necessary liquidity; * Conduct financial simulations and detailed calculations to assess the impact of different cash flow scenarios, supporting strategic decision-making; * Handle AP, AR, credit analysis, and collections routines. **Process Automation and Improvement:** * Map and optimize manual routines (AP, AR, Collections, and CF), actively participating in the implementation of tools focused on automating financial routines and ongoing automation projects. **Debt Management:** * Keep the company's debt records updated (loans, financing, and other contracts), ensuring organized records and effective monitoring of financial obligations; * Monitor and analyze the company's debt profile, including terms, interest rates, and debt contract conditions; **Reports and Metrics:** * Consolidate and present financial information clearly and visually, contributing to the Financial Management's strategic analysis; * Prepare management reports and financial indicators, turning data into insights for more accurate decisions; **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Financial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (projections and dashboards are a plus); * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Solid experience in Treasury; * Knowledge of payment routines, bank reconciliations, and cash flow; * Experience with structured operations (e.g., leasing, price, sac); * Experience with financial process automation; * Strong logical reasoning, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving skills. * Knowledge in Power BI is a plus. **Additional information** At Grupo Massa, we care about our employees' well-being, health, and development!
