Opportunity for customer service and counter setup Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in assembly, cleaning, and preparation of leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. * Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items according to kitchen team instructions; * Clean, cut, and prepare salads, ensuring quality and food safety; * Portion desserts according to established standards; * Clean dishes, utensils, and cookware; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace according to the defined schedule; * Set up distribution counters for service; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Assemble and deliver coffee break services; * Complete operational worksheets and records as required for the role; * Collect food samples following food safety procedures. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role or similar activities; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
