We will be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Load and unload trucks carrying LPG cylinders, ensuring safe handling of containers. Place cylinders onto filling equipment according to operational instructions. Perform visual and functional inspections of cylinders, identifying and segregating units with damage, leaks, or expired validity dates. Clean cylinder exteriors, removing old seals, labels, and residues to prepare them for refilling. Check for possible cylinder leaks using water spray and perform simple corrections when necessary. Properly seal and label filled cylinders in accordance with safety and quality standards. Operate mechanical or electronic scales for filling cylinders of various capacities (13 kg, 20 kg, 45 kg, and 90 kg), ensuring correct weight. Adjust the net weight of cylinders as needed, maintaining product compliance with established standards. Perform decanting of containers and valve replacement per leadership instructions. Straighten cylinder rims using appropriate tools. Segregate cylinders designated for requalification and maintenance according to technical criteria. Keep yards, operating platforms, and painting booths clean and organized. Assist in moving other-brand (OM) containers within the plant as instructed. Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures throughout all production process stages.
