Let’s build together the best healthcare community the world has ever seen! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial Management** * Monthly monitoring of financial results and preparation of variance reports. * Review and management of financial statements. * Supervision of inventory management, procurement, and product selection. * Ensuring accuracy of patient billing information, submitted promptly to headquarters. **Risk Management / Compliance and Quality** * Ensuring compliance with DaVita policies and state and federal regulations. * Maintaining quality assurance programs and implementing process improvements. * Leading cost-containment meetings and programs related to quality. **Facility / Equipment Management** * Maintenance of equipment and supplies to ensure safe and high-quality care. * Planning corrective actions for safety and equipment issues. **Patient Care Management** * Developing and reviewing policies jointly with the medical team to ensure efficient and safe treatment. * Promoting a workplace environment committed to clinical outcomes. **People Management** * Creating and communicating staff schedules according to unit needs. * Implementing and communicating DaVita policies to foster a positive work environment. * Supervising nursing and biomedical teams to ensure quality care. * Documenting workplace accidents per established policies. * Reviewing time cards and conducting educational programs on new laws and regulations. * Communicating emergency management programs and training to enable rapid response in critical situations. * Adhering to DaVita safety policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Knowledge of administrative and financial processes; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in data analysis, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators; * Preferred experience in the healthcare sector. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance: To take care of your well-being and that of your family.
