Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Nurse to deliver training sessions, develop manuals, conduct tests and protocols, and provide technical support to customers in hospital sterilization. Participating in product implementation and creation of technical content We are looking for candidates for the Training Nurse position at our client company, which supplies equipment and consumables for hospital material sterilization, to work in the northern and western regions of Paraná. Main responsibilities will include: * Delivering usage training to client companies and their staff. * Developing manuals and standard operating procedures regarding company products; * Participating in training sessions, events, conferences, and trade fairs related to marketed materials and/or equipment; * Conducting product, consumable, and equipment testing; * Performing qualification protocols for sterilization equipment and issuing reports; * Measuring and consolidating indicators for presentation in control meetings; * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service to customers, partners, and represented companies; * Participating in customer-side product implementation, accompanying and training the team during the initial usage phase; * Assisting in creating technical product content for social media; * Providing technical guidance to customers and staff on proper equipment operation and appropriate use of consumables. REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in CRM management tools and Microsoft Office suite; * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Basic knowledge of medical devices, instruments, supplies, as well as regulations in the medical and hospital fields, especially sterilization and infection control; * Mandatory: Full availability for routine travel across the Northern, Central, and Western regions of Paraná. Occasional training sessions and events in São Paulo, as well as sporadic trips to Curitiba – PR, are expected. * Mandatory: Driver’s license category B and personal vehicle for work (mileage reimbursement will be provided). * Mandatory: Experience in Sterilized Materials Central and Operating Room. This position accepts applications from residents of cities in the Northern, Central, and Western regions of Paraná.
