Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and monitor product receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations; * Analyze inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and request adjustments when necessary; * Support logistics process management by suggesting improvements to increase operational efficiency; * Conduct inventory audits to ensure quality and eliminate erroneous movements; * Control inventory write-offs and movements; * Manage physical and cycle inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines; * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes; * Ensure smooth material and information flow across the entire logistics chain; * Analyze daily stock position reports and monitor system-based entries, exits, and postings, identifying errors and suggesting improvements; * Attend weekly meetings.
