With strong international recognition, Ideagro stands out for driving more efficient, resilient, and sustainable agriculture grounded in science and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform laboratory analyses for pathogen detection in plants and issue analytical reports; * Prepare reagents and support routine laboratory operations; * Manage input inventory, reagent registration, and purchase requests; * Manage sample registration, organization, and dispatch; * Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to good laboratory practices; * Support quality analyses of raw materials and products; * Monitor laboratory processes, controls, and quality standards; * Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement; * Draft and review technical documents, procedures, and records; * Assist in quality management system administration and support coordination. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (*Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Biology, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields*); * Laboratory experience in Microbiology; * Intermediate/Technical English; * Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:30 (*Monday to Friday*). **Additional Information** **Benefits \- Ideagro** Meal Voucher Food Voucher Health Insurance (Unimed) Dental Insurance (Uniodonto) Pharmacy Allowance Private Pension Plan Profit Sharing (PLR) Life Insurance Gympass Transportation Voucher As the agricultural division of the Alltech Group, it pioneers research in nutrigenomics and the development of natural solutions for plant and soil nutrition, protection, and performance.
