Work across all stages of the food production chain **City:** Maringá**State:** Paraná (BR\-PR)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 43498 **Job Mission:** Responsible for conducting less complex food quality and safety processes, verifying all stages from receipt, loading, unloading, storage, distribution to production areas, production processes, manufacturing, finished product, dispatch, and final delivery to the customer; as well as supporting maintenance of management systems, quality certifications, and related documentation. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Monitor and supervise activities in operational areas, ensuring compliance with Environmental standards at the Unit, verifying adherence to company-established standards, technical norms, and applicable legislation; verifying conscious use of electricity, water, paper, and supplies; ensuring proper and selective disposal of waste generated by operations, thereby contributing to environmental preservation. * Monitor and supervise activities, ensuring compliance with Quality standards at the Unit, verifying adherence to company-established standards, technical norms, applicable legislation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, and Food Safety, thereby contributing to production of high-quality products. * Perform quality inspection rounds according to a scheduled plan based on food safety standards, identifying non-conformities, preparing corrective action plans, and normalizing processes. * Monitor compliance with established quality policies and standards, verifying all process stages: receipt, loading, unloading, storage, distribution to production areas, production processes (milling, packaging, industrial processing, crushing, etc.), finished product, dispatch, and final delivery to the customer. * Monitor shipping plans at Bunge’s own or third-party port terminals, verifying vessel scheduling, batch formation, product dispatch, operational procedures, and utilizing assessments conducted by external inspectors contracted to verify loading quality directly onboard vessels—including sampling, laboratory analyses, and conformity reports for cargo release. * Participate in implementation and maintenance of the Management System at the Unit, ensuring compliance with corporate standards within the scope of responsibility. * Ensure all technical documentation and evidence required for audits and inspections are kept up-to-date and properly archived for easy retrieval and use when needed. * Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Unit’s quality and food safety certifications (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000\). * Support internal and external audits by providing necessary monitoring and documentation to achieve audit objectives. * Control and maintain calibrated equipment used for measurements, ensuring all equipment undergoes preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan. * Support laboratory analyses by reviewing and validating test reports to ensure continuity of processes—or addressing non-conformities to minimize process impact. * Support timely handling, resolution, and response to customer and consumer complaints per the company’s established timelines, aiming to correct non-conformities and prevent recurrence. * Control and submit monthly chemical inventory reports to the Federal Police, covering inventory, usage, and stock levels for controlled substances. * Ensure integration among chemical handling, GMP, HACCP, Sensory Evaluation, and Environmental Management. * Manage waste disposal records and conduct environmental agency reporting. * Monitor the Environmental Program, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory agency requirements. * Contribute to compliance with applicable legislation governing the business (e.g., INMETRO, Sanitary Surveillance, CONAMA, among others). **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Technology degrees in environmental fields; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, and HACCP; * Familiarity with certification standards (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000\) and environmental legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance;
