If you are detail-oriented and take pleasure in maintaining order, this job is for you! ✨ Responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the condominium, such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, parking garage, party hall, and other shared spaces. Performs waste collection, restocking of hygiene supplies, and supports minor maintenance and organizational tasks. We seek a committed, agile professional with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning (condominiums, companies, schools, or similar); Commitment, punctuality, and attention to detail; Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
