Professional conduct with respect, sensitivity, and attention to detail We seek a committed, empathetic, and organized professional to assist bereaved families, providing compassionate support and managing all stages of funeral services. This role encompasses everything from the initial contact through technical procedures, always conducted with respect, sensitivity, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Welcome and guide families at the time of death; * Perform body removals, embalming, and preservation; * Organize and accompany viewings and burials; * Produce floral wreaths and decorations; * Issue contracts, invoices, and service records; * Maintain clean, organized, and well-kept workspaces and vehicles. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B; * Availability for on-call shifts, travel, and flexible hours. **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher: R$ 40.00 per working day; * Hazard pay + attendance bonus; * Transportation voucher: as per CLT (6% deduction); * Attendance bonus: additional benefit according to internal policy; * Continuing education: partnership agreements with affiliated universities; * Well-being: access to gyms via Gympass; * Exclusive discounts: Sou Prever/Sou Angelus plans; * Angeplus: benefits at pharmacies, clinics, leisure venues, and other partner establishments. **Work Schedule** 12x36 shift schedule (day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). \| Availability during regular business hours is required during the probationary period and for training-related travel.
