Manage relationships with suppliers and internal departments **Position: Senior Accounts Payable Analyst** *We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. We seek a professional with an analytical profile, strong organization, and systemic understanding of processes.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage payments and financial obligations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Monitor cash flow and prepare management reports * Perform bank reconciliations, verify account balances, record entries, and process payment settlements * Enter transactions, accruals, and payment schedules into the accounts payable system * Verify invoices, payments, and bank fees, requesting adjustments when necessary * Manage relationships with suppliers and internal departments * Monitor contracts and recurring payments (e.g., rent, services, taxes, etc.) * Support budget planning and cost-center-based analyses * Ensure organization and control of financial documents and reports **Requirements:** * Prior experience in accounts payable * Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP * Experience with bank reconciliation and cash flow management * Strong communication and organizational skills * Analytical ability to interpret reports **Working Hours:** *Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM* *Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (one Saturday per month, after gaining experience)* **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Health insurance * Discounts at pharmacies and universities *Interested candidates may send their resumes via WhatsApp:* **(44\) 99177\-6801** Compensation: R$3\.498,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
