Today, we have over 2,300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá-PR, and we operate over 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** For questions regarding application to our positions, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As **Warehouse Coordinator** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Manage the warehouse department team, monitoring and guiding tasks to deliver optimal customer service in terms of quality, cost, and timeliness; * Ensure warehouse processes—including material entries, exits, and movements—are accurately recorded in the system; * Coordinate and ensure optimal use of resources, space, and personnel to guarantee smooth departmental operations; * Coordinate and monitor departmental goals and KPIs, preparing reports for executive leadership; * Coordinate and document cyclic and rotating inventories, track incoming, outgoing, adjustment, and transfer transactions, and reconcile return and disposal flows to identify stock discrepancies; * Analyze and implement proposed improvements to company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Experience in supply chain/warehouse management; * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of procurement management systems and/or ERP systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cyclic and rotating inventories; * Experience in transportation or logistics companies; * Agility in decision-making; * Focus on execution and results; * Commitment to customer satisfaction; * Dedication to the organization’s profitable and sustainable growth; * Autonomy, responsibility, and integrity; * Leadership and people management skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
