Job Summary: This role ensures the execution of PCM department routines, providing support to the workshop and other departments, developing improvement processes, and controlling preventive maintenance. Ensure PCM department routines are carried out, providing support to the Workshop and other departments requiring maintenance-related information; Develop improvement processes within the department, contributing to optimization and efficiency; Generate service orders (OS) in accordance with procedures established by the department; Close service orders (OS) and conduct post-maintenance audits; Update the system with relevant information and close service orders (OS); Support logistics with maintenance-related information; Assist in modifying maintenance plans; Control external preventive maintenance and related activities; Support activities and process adjustments related to quality management systems; Provide support to workshop coordinators and supervisors.
