Job Summary: The professional will handle customer requests, provide support in opening and registering incidents, monitor shipments and inventory, and assist in travel and operational expense processes. Monitoring of shipments, inventory, and control of operational costs Respond to internal and external customer requests regarding incidents. Provide support in opening incidents by gathering data based on event chronology and evidence. Register incident data in spreadsheets and systems, maintaining updated information for consultation and historical records. Periodically monitor shipments with alerts, and track incidents by status: pending, under treatment, and resolved. Organize documents and supporting evidence, contributing to information management related to incidents. Assist in monitoring and controlling additional costs, accommodations, issuing required documentation as needed. Carry out travel settlement processes using trip completion information/delivery confirmations and updating information with customers. Monitor product and pallet inventory at logistics operators via spreadsheets, system report checks, and information obtained through operational contact. Handle requests from service channels (Email, WhatsApp, and/or phone) regarding travel-related operational expenses, such as loading/unloading fees, transportation, sorting, parking, maintenance, among others. Guide drivers on access issues, blocked passwords, card expiration, and payment approvals via service channels.
