Job Summary: Manage and control the efficiency of the vehicle fleet, monitoring costs, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Support for external teams and driver training **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or higher education degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in fleet management, vehicle tracking, and cost control; * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and traffic legislation; * Proficiency in data analysis, budgetary control, and fleet management systems; * Familiarity with road safety practices; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change; * Proactivity, empathy, and results orientation; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; * Full-time availability; * Willingness to travel and relocate as required by operational needs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and control the efficiency of vehicles used by external teams; * Monitor traffic fines, fuel consumption, routes traveled, operational costs, vehicle tracking, and preventive maintenance; * Supervise fieldwork execution and provide support to external teams; * Manage driver performance and conduct periodic training to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in customer service; * Maintain operational costs and monitor vehicle licensing, insurance, and preventive maintenance due dates; * Ensure vehicle documentation compliance (licensing, insurance, inspections, and other legal obligations); * Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce violations and optimize operations; * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements. \*POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PWD (PERSON WITH DISABILITY) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.999,99 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your educational background? * Do you have experience managing vehicle fleets?
