inpEV (National Institute for Processing Empty Packaging) is a non-profit entity that positions Brazil as a global reference in reverse logistics for agricultural pesticide packaging. Through the Campo Limpo System, we ensure proper disposal of approximately 94% of primary plastic packaging and 80% of all packaging sold annually.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **Packaging Receipt**
* Sort received packaging into categories: washed, unwashed, and unsuitable;
* Clean washed packaging: remove seals, labels, and leaflets;
* Classify packaging according to materials handled by the Central;
* Inform administrative staff or the shift supervisor about received materials.
**Quality**
* Perform operational procedures in accordance with ISO requirements.
**Packaging Processing:**
* Unsuitable packaging must be placed in cardboard barrels;
* Caps must be sorted by color and placed in bulk bags;
* Other materials are compressed into bales;
* Maintain presses and forklifts clean at the end of each day;
* Report equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor or administrative staff;
* All processed materials must be properly organized in inventory;
* Assist with inventory audits.
**Packaging Disposal**
* Load materials onto trucks for disposal;
* Assist truck drivers in securing cargo.
**Safety**
* Participate in safety dialogues;
* Report any accidents or incidents;
* Correctly use all PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and maintain equipment in good condition;
* Respect and comply with all safety rules.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Mandatory Education: Literate
Desirable Education: Completed elementary and/or high school
