Excellent service to internal and external customers **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform building and corrective maintenance at group branches. Supervise contractors and third parties carrying out activities at group branches. Carry out preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment. Perform welding repairs; maintain forklifts, ventilation systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Conduct general maintenance activities in civil, hydraulic, and electrical areas. Diagnose faults and perform technical assessments. Carry out basic carpentry, joinery, and hydraulic services. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, delivering accurate information. Assist with general company requests. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Driver's License - Category B Experience in electrical work is a plus.
